Reapit AppMarket

Reapit’s AppMarket offers ready-to-use apps for every business need, built to extend the functionality of Reapit’s market-leading AgencyCloud and Property Cloud solutions.

Accessing the AppMarket

The AppMarket can be accessed through the AgencyCloud desktop application via the 'Apps' icon in the left-hand navigation bar. Alternatively, it can be accessed via a web browser here - https://marketplace.reapit.cloud

If you are accessing the AppMarket via a web browser, you can safely and securely use your AgencyCloud credentials to login, using Reapit Connect's single sign-on solution.

Browsing the AppMarket

After clicking on 'Apps' from the navigation bar inside of AgencyCloud, you will be presented with an additional menu, simply click on 'Browse Apps' to view all available apps.

Apps that are visible in the AppMarket have been approved and tested by our Admin Department.

Filtering & searching the AppMarket

Using the 'Browse By' section you can either filter by category type or search apps using the 'Search by App or Developer' search box

App Listings

All App listings will be comprised of the following in the main body:

  • Short Summary: A brief description about the product or service

  • Up to 4 x Images: Screenshots or action images of the product or service

  • Full Description: Full details about the product or service including external links for more information

  • Key Features/Bullet Points: A short list of key features or benefits

  • Videos: 'Getting started' or 'Why'

  • About Developer: A brief description about the Developer or Company

  • Permissions: The data the product or service needs to access

  • Developer: The name of the Developer or Company the app is listed by

  • Categories: The associated category the app is assigned to

  • Desktop Integrations Type: Associate an app with an action inside of AgencyCloud. A desktop integration type can change the behaviour of a button on a certain screen, or appear as an additional option on certain records

  • Integration: Not launched inside of AgencyCloud or a Third Party Integration

  • Developer Links: Contact/Help/Information for the App/Integration

Installing/Enabling an App

In order to install an app or enable an integration for your organisation, you will need to have an 'Admin' user role. Only an Admin of an organisation can install an app.

To 'Install':

  • Open an app and click click 'Install App' or for integrations click on 'Enable Integration'

  • You'll be prompted with a modal to confirm the installation. The modal will include the permissions (data) the app is requesting to access.

By confirming, you are granting the app access to your data. Please see example confirmation modal below:

To check the user role your account holds, simply visit the 'Settings' section within the AppMarket. Under the section 'Roles', it will show you the type of role your account is assigned to:

After Installation

Once you have confirmed your installation and depending on the type of integration, you can, in some instances start to use the product or service right away. However, some developers may require additional setup before you can start using the app. In this case, the developer will be automatically notified of your installation and if they do require more information, you will be contacted directly by the third-party developer.

Apps that have a 'Desktop Integration' will automatically be available to use. Based on the integration type you will know where the app can be launched or accessed from. For more information on 'Desktop Integration Types' please click here

If the app you have just installed is an 'Integration', you'll be prompted with the following modal:

Launching an App

AgencyCloud apps (an an app that loads inside of the AgencyCloud desktop application), can be launched direct from the 'Installed' page. This is also true when viewing the app within a web browser. AgencyCloud apps also work standalone. This means that you can still benefit from the product or service when out of the office and from outside of the AgencyCloud desktop application.

To launch an app, click on 'Apps' and 'My Apps'. Click on your app to launch.

'Integrations' will not be launched and will not be visible from the 'Installed' page and instead will be accessed by a URL provided by the third-party.

As an 'Admin' you can view and manage your integrations from the 'Settings > Installations' section.

Installation Information

For installation and uninstallation history, ‘Admins’ will be able to view an ‘Installation Details’ table. It will record the date & time an app was installed/uninstalled and the email address associated to the user that carried out the action.

Uninstalling an App

To uninstall an app, you can navigate to 'Settings > Installations', use the search field to find the app or integration and using the bin icon, uninstall. You will be asked to confirm. The third-party Company/Developer of the app will be notified that you have terminated the integration.
